Brian's destination:

While there are many places I’d love to see, I have to go with New Zealand (if only because my wife has been there without me, but that’s another story).

Nancy's destination:

Africa -- probably West Africa first, Mali, Senegal

Wheels' destination:

Iceland

Erica's destination:

Antarctica

Christina's destination:

I'm making my second attempt to see Italy this summer, but I'd really like to go to Canada too. They share the top spot.

Tim's destination:

Iceland with New Zealand as a close second.

Tom K's destination:

China. Beijing / Shanghai, then a small town in Sichuan for a week or so.

Rick's destination:

Antarctica

Cordelia's destination:

Norway, western and northern. Backpacking, kayaking fjords and swimming with whales will be the highlights.

Matt's destination:

Antarctica. You’d be the only guy on the block with a photo album of his vacation in Antarctica. Although Bora Bora is probably nice this time of year also.

Jamie's destination:

Olive groves on the French Riveria...just before harvest.

Stephen's destination:

Tibet

Henry's destination:

Ile aux Cerfs Beach, Mauritius

Matt's destination:

Italy

Wayne's destination:

Tokyo. I'm intrigued by the combination of hyper-urbanism and Japanese culture.

Stacy's pain:

Definitely when I dislocated my shoulder. I knew immediately what had happened, but it was dislocated so badly that they thought my collarbone was broken, so they didn't/couldn't reset it immediately. They tied my arm to my chest, put my on a stretcher, ambulanced me to the nearest hospital over a series of amazingly bumpy roads. To make matters worse, my elbow cramped up from being locked in one contracted position for so long. When I got to the hospital they gave me morphine, then more morphine, then more morphine, and then I realized that my elbow was hurting more than my shoulder. Someone, I think it was Tim, untied and straightened my arm, and I passed out immediately.

Henry's pain:

I don't feel pain
