Quinoa, TJ's bruschetta in a jar, and goat cheese. The mixture is good on its own or it can be stuffed into a pepper and sprinkled with some parmesan.

French lentils with green onion & sherry, served on a bed of sautéed greens with a poached egg on top.Preferably served with crunchy baguette and a glass of red wine.

Boil water, add pasta, grate my own cheese, add some butter and the cheese to the pasta and voila! Better than Kraft Mac-n-Cheese and way more delicious.

Wayne's quick dinner:

Trader Joe's frozen lightly breaded halibut + Trader Joe's frozen sweet potato fries. Both go in the oven for 20 minutes, and both can be dipped in Trader Joe's Thai sweet chili sauce.

Amy's wedding story:

More adorable than weird/funny: Dusty in board shorts and Jamie on crutches at their sister's wedding.

Rick's wedding story:

In the middle of the best man's toast to the bride and groom at my wedding (while all the guests were standing holding up their champagne glasses), the wife of a friend of mine collapsed in a heap to the floor. Talk about a mood killer. She later said she passed out because she was thinking of the dogbite she got from her hairdresser's dog while having her hair styled earlier that day. Not funny but definitely weird.

Brandon's wedding story:

This was pretty sweet. Paul Batten’s wedding.

Jamie's enjoyably bad movie:

The Patriot, aka Braveheart with guns [Editor's note: That's two enjoyably bad films in a row directed by Roland Emmerich. He might be the master of the genre.]

Brandon's enjoyably bad movie:

Independence Day is by far at the top of that list for me. So close, in fact, the line is starting to look a little fuzzy.

Matt's enjoyably bad movie:

Starship Troopers. It may have had the highest enjoyment-to-expectations ratio of any movie I've ever seen.

Amy's enjoyably bad movie:

Tropic Thunder
! "You wouldn't say Chineses!"

The Replacements

Keanu Reeves, Gene Hackman, Orlando Jones, Jon Favreau--what else can you ask for?

Rick's enjoyably bad movie:

Speed 2: Cruise Control (1997) starring Sandra Bullock, Jason Patric & Willem Dafoe.

Maybe the worst film ever. Certainly the worst sequel ever. It's really bad. Really, really bad. Worse than a train wreck bad. What the hell was she thinking bad.
